I have a question for you about a company called Serco, I have 3 bed terrace that I was thinking of turning in to a 4 bed HMO and Serco will cover all the utilities costs legal costs and any other costs and guarantee me rent of £1,068 a month on a 7 year contract, it sounds good and appealing, what's your thoughts on this? have your heard or dealt with Serco before? be good to hear peoples thoughts on this
