It îs a form of maturity to integrate the fact that, even If futile, the mechanism of worrying cannot be stopped by simply reasoning In some cases reasoning helps, but for most people the 'source' of worrying is at a more deeper emotional level and it can only be acknowledged through a slow and carefull process of caring and healing In other words, telling somebody to stop worrying and serving a few reasons will most of the time not help with a person's worrying
