Too bad MSRP for the CanAm Outlander is $10,400 and the Sportsman 570 $10,700 in 2023 The only thing even close to the $7,000 category in your 500CC class is the Honda FourTrax Foreman 4X4 without the Electronic Power Steer or Electronic Shifting with it's MSRP at $7,900 Comment from : KC Wingert |
Don’t get a Honda 400ex get a 2018 Honda 250 for almost even lower price!! Comment from : Colton Lee |

I need an ATV for snow plowing and trail riding Local dealer said for ploughing I need a V-Twin, but now they are selling a 500 ATV with a blade I don’t want to spend more than I need, but want it to last Any advice gratefully received! Comment from : Garry T |
I’m not a “Honda or die” guy but I think this video is completely underestimating the Honda utility atvs Yea they may not be quite as refined and comfortable, but they are reliablebrMost atv consumers in my area aren’t looking for all these creature comforts, they are looking for longevity and reliability Comment from : Christopher Harden |
no Suzuki, why? Comment from : v1antbo |
What about the brute force 750 Comment from : Colton Mcmurry |

This has to be the single most watched video in the atv world But it desperately needs a 2022 update because prices have changed so much since it was filmed This is the most unbiased, tell it like it is atv channel on our planet They report the facts just as they are even if it pains them to say it or conflicts with personal favorites I know you guys are busy but I really need a 2022 update to this video to help my buying decisions for my last two quads before I leave this world Retirement is coming soon and I don't want to spend it without an atv Comment from : bruce ragsdale |
What are people’s thoughts on the king quads I love Suzuki for their reliability in the motorcycle class which is where I am coming from Comment from : Colorado37 |
No mention of the brute force 750?! Comment from : P90BananaPeel |
Dude you talk way too fast doesn't even give me a chance to comprehend what you're saying when you're comparing the models Comment from : Paul Holland |
I'm a Polaris fan boy when it comes to snowmachines, but their wheelers are some serious unreliable crap from my experiencebrbrI bought my first Arctic Cat, which I used to hate Got one of the last year AC branded models before Textron brought it back 2017 Alterra 700 XT EPS this thing rides so much nicer than the Polaris Sportsmans, and it's well thought out in so many ways brbrI realize with the sell off that AC is on some shaky ground, but I'm not so sure I'd count them out So far I'm loving this thingbrbrGranted, something like a CanAM, Suzuki or Yamaha would be much nicer, but this AC doesn't feel cheap Comment from : Klaus Welch |

list of atv's i have owned since 1984 1984 honda trx 200, 1985 honda fourtrax 250 1990 polaris trail boss 250, 1995 polaris explorer 400, 1996 polaris scrambler 400, 2021 polaris sportsman 1000 xp hunter edition, 2021 polaris scrambler 850, 2022 yamaha raptor 700r, 2022 polaris sportsman 1000 touring trail, 2022 suzuki kingquad 750 axi and my last and favorite 2023 kawasaki brute force 750i with no power steering in fire cracker red no frill speed demon i love this thing it's light and 300 to 400 pounds lighter than 850 and 1000cc behemoths from 2001 to 2020 i have not owned any atv's almost 20 years the 1000cc machines are overated, they are fast on the top speed, but the brute is as quick or quicker and almost as fast and way more nimble and way more stable and easy to ride at warp speed the brute feels like a race utility quad it is unique my brother in law has a cf moto 800 it is a whale, not very reliable, the engine sound is horrible it weighs 1058 pounds with gas the big polaris 1000 s models weight north of 1080 pounds with gas their power to weight ratio is much less impressive that you might think and they have not so impressive handling i will never own a 1000 or 850 cc machine again too heavy and all my big bore polaris have overheated severely even in the cold the kingquad 750 is a very balanced versatile atv and very well made and reliable all my japanese atv have impressed me the most Comment from : erik freedom |
This is a great video of course the prices have went up a ton with all machines but Polaris is also not as reliable as Yamaha and Can am and you pay a lot of money for parts to break to easily Comment from : CashMoneyquadding |

Post covid lock downs and supply chain failures Crazy today how it all has changed The supply chain in Canada for anything is super slow and I feel like the dealers willl have a hefty amount of stock since they have been empty for a year and people will abandon there initial buy Already seeing toys not selling Comment from : Chris |
I hope Yamaha comes out with a 850-1,000 Grizzly soon, so I can find a good deal on one 10 years from now Comment from : Mark Alan |

Great video! It's been over two years since you posted this video and I am looking for an atv and my budget is 7000-11000 I do a bit of trail riding with my Yamaha kodiak 450 (not the eps because I couldn't afford it at the time) and it's great but when I take it out with my friends to the dunes I usually am the slowest and can't go up any big hills unless I have a long run up so I was wondering if you could let me know what would be a great quad for both trail riding and going out to the dunes I was thinking the kodiak 700 since the 450 is great just down on power, but you said it matches up better with the 500cc more than the 700cc+ If you could let me know a good option that would be great, thank you! Comment from : David nechita |

Love the commentary just subscribed and liked keep it up!! Comment from : myco_space_kc |

The best thing you can do is get a basic tool kit and find a common rig like an artic cat 500 or Polaris sportsman that doesn’t run and cost under a thousand bucks Use YouTube and forums to fix it up You’ll get both a new skill in mechanics and also a nice rig to go riding in Make sure they aren’t a super rare or uncommon model because parts and support for working on them will be difficult to find Comment from : stone wintjen50 |
good commentary that was alot of words Comment from : Quiet one |

I am looking for an ATV that I can ride in Arizona, no serious offroad, but street and highway use I don't plan on going very far with it 15-20 miles tops Is there something that I can get? I'm open to any price, just nothing crazy, like 7k Comment from : SGrimes |

Being an owner of a 2020 Raptor 700 but considering a sport 4x4 due to a move to Colorado…I laughed at the subliminal “Raptor 700” messaging throughout! Comment from : Jason Gallardo |
If you have any mechanical abilities, there's plenty of very cheap older models and plenty of quality AFTERMARKET parts that are cheap and meet OEM specs I look for non running atvs with simple fixes, and there are plenty of them out there Comment from : twintwo |
So I am looking to get one soon I'm on a budget no more than 3k Fb market place has some damn good 4 wheelers on it but I need a big one since I'm 6'4 272lbs Anyone can chime in What would be a good one for my size Comment from : Thomas Clark |

As far as i have heard, Cfmoto is the best bang for the buck You can get the 520l for like 5500 dollars/euros brand new, which includes a 3 year warranty or 3000km I have the Cf500-a, made in 2012 Paid only 3500 for it for a family friend, it had 60 miles on it when i bought it Needed a new battery and i changed the oil and filter after it had 200 miles on it Old oil was quite dark, i will do differentials today, got the oil Comment from : ihatelols |

A couple things to get straight here FirstA Polaris 450 Sportsman is in the 500 classafter all it is a 500cc motor that is in it I happen to own onea 2019 & this segways into my secondly I also own 2 cfmotosthey are the 3rd and 4th cfmotos that I have owned an 18 cforce 400, 18 uforce 500 now sold and traded infor a 20 zforce 950 and 21 cforce 600 Aside from the overall ride quality All were/are higher quality builds than the 19 sportsman 450which in my opinion is nothing but a big hunk of plastic on a really great set of shocks I'll give the polaris its propsthere really is nothing I've ridden (pretty much have ridden every brand) that rides as nice as the Sportsmanand that's where the prop ends As for my cfmoto machines The quads are just built more sturdy than any other quads I've owned I liken the sturdiness to my 80's Honda Big red 3 wheeler I had years ago Unfortunately, the ride quality is about the same as well At least on my 18 cforce and uforce My 950 rides very goodand my new cforce 600 rides even better Not quite up to equal standards of ride quality as the polarisbut every bit as nice as a Yamaha and a Honda Let's be vey clearGrizzlies and Rincons don't ride like a Polaris As for longevity I had 1900 miles on my Uforce when I got rid of itand 1700 on my cforce 400 when i got rid of it Replaced a belt at 1200 miles on the cforceno other issues on either 950 has 1600 miles and has been rock solid The fit and finish in my opinionis very close to the name brandsand my 21 cforce 600 in my honest opinionexceeds all other brands in design and quality of build The bar controls are lacking a bit (in looks only) but in functionalityI've never had any issues with control functions on any of my cfmotos My brother just bought a 21 570 Outlander, seriouslysitting next to my cf600 looks rather jankyand in design looks decentuntil it's sitting next to the cforce It's truly one of the best lookingif not the best looking quads on the market Yesthat is my opinionbut also the opinion of many others whohave seen the 2 sitting side by side Comment from : Jimmy Desperado |
