Thanks for the info because I'm a contractor & professional musician/producer & have to buy another car like "yesterday!" Since the car I own '93 Toyota" is giving me more trouble than it should after I just had the engine rebuilt for $2,10000! And it's already back in the shop because my tail lights stopped working & the mechanic hasn't figured out the problem after 25 days already! Also, the battery & check engine light came on while I was driving! So, I'm literally losing money since I have to have a car to earn income! Fortunately, I actually have a great credit history of 100 paid on time credit card accounts for over 5 years in a row I really should've spent that $2,100 on a down payment for a quality used car instead of getting my car's engine rebuilt! can I still get a car if I had bankruptcies like 11 years ago for student loans but have paid everything on time since than I got turned down for a loan on a car many years ago but did not think of putting down a down payment on the car to see if that would have helped to get the loan

why are you saying you must put a down? 15 USC 1605 finance charge asking a down is not legal you can not ask for a down and withholding information 15 USC 1611 so you have just committed a couple felony crimes
