I spent years working support in a large office building A large number of service calls dealt with failing hard drives Backing up, replacing drive, reloading windows/data is very time consuming especially with old, slow hardware Hardware and network issues require in-person support In the corporate world, reimaging a system to fix a strange problem is very commonbrbrFor me, personal assisting friends/family in their home, tended to be lose/lose situation (years ago)brbrI enjoyed the work, but hated dealing with "users"

It's IT Training by CompTIA Strategies training groupbrbrI am wondering, about really new newbee like I know how to turn the computer on, and I know about the older programs from Aldus, Adobe, some microsoft and corel draw I know how to find stuff email and simple tasks like that but it would be nice to help people with their computers Heck it would be nice to take care of my own computer, upgrades, more ram, etc brbrI am 61 years old so I don't know how long I'll be able to do it, but it would be better than destroying my body scrubbing floors and cleaning up after people in a mess hall The only reason I'm not doing the creative stuff I used to do is because my world broke everything I loved went away and I had to move out here in rural Missouri near my brother I lived for years just Southwest of Detroit But all support vanished Long story
