Saw this at a Disney park:brStroller: zip tied to the handlebars was a plastic shoe organizer Each sippy cup, water bottle, pocket fan, baby wipes package and sun block, etc was in an easy to grab spot and didn't consume room in the underneath of the stroller

Great tips I do want to add that if you are from out of state DO NOT drink the tap water from the fountains If your body is not used to what is in the water in Southern California it will let you know and it will not be nice about it Luckily there are places at a lot of the restaurants to get filtered water
Comment from : Zach Meyers

Kim T
Don't go on a marathon weekend We went in February, figuring it's not a holiday so we'll have low lines, and I could not be more wrong I swear it was more crowded than some of the spring breaks we've been there in the past(Disney World)

The best thing we do before our trips to disney is buy a big bag of trading pins from ebay or Amazon Cast members and many stores trade This makes for a scavenger hunt and a souvenir that cost little and allows you to meet many of the friendly cast members

There are actual FB groups you can join Dinsey Freecycle (there are 3 more) and so on where people leaving gift things to new guests they cannot take with them back home or do not want to pay to ship Things such as strollers, pool floats, unopened food, and drinks Rain ponchos, beach towels and so on Join those groups before you go so you might catch some free goodies at your hotel or resort

My family is Disney crazy, and we have discovered a few things over the years We went to Disney world when my boys were small, I dressed them all alike (same bright colored t shirts) so I could easily find them Also, if you live near a Disney outlet store it is worthwhile to check out the deals there before hitting the park All our T-shirt’s came from the outlet and were a fraction of the park cost I also bought a few cheap pin starter packs and encouraged my boys to trade with cast members they thought it was like a treasure hunt Also Disney is very good about handling out cups of ice water if you ask at the restaurants ( not the stands) And finally, there are freebies at the parks , just research Disney blogs We found lots of great tips by doing this Do your research before you go and you’ll have a great time
Comment from : Arbella

Ashley Mifflin
You can go to Target to buy Disney gift cards You can use them almost anywhere in the parks (such as restaurants gift shops), to buy the tickets themselves, etc PLUS you buy them using your Target Red Card (debit or credit)! 5 definitely adds up after awhile!

While most of these are great I do have to say that the food inside the park is amazing! Half the reason I go each year is for the food so if you are skipping that cost to bring your own, you are missing a big part of the Disney experience

My family visited Walt Disney World a few years ago Instead of bringing in drinks or buying ones in the park we found out you can actually walk right up to any drink and food booth or restaurant and get a free large cup of ice water with lid and straw at any time, no purchase necessary We took advantage of this free service all day long

I just viewed your YouTube video about saving money with Disney It was interesting I want to share my experience with you about my timeshare and how it relates to DVC My wife and I have been WorldMark timeshare owners for over 23 years We purchased our timeshare for about 7,200 dollars for about a 5 to 7 day stay Depending on room size and the time of season We get 6000 credits every year We can save our credits for the following year and we can also borrow up to 6000 credits from the following year It cost us about 10,000 credits to get a 2 bedroom at a DVC during peak high season We pay about 600 dollars per year in maintenance fees We paid our timeshare off back in 1995 YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY We joined RCI and paid a fee of 99 dollars per year The exchange fee is about 189 dollars We know we have to book 2 years in advance to get a chance at a DVC Resort We did that twice with no problem We were able to get the Animal Kingdom Kidani 2 bedroom with a Savanna View around Easter! We also got Saratoga Springs around Easter by booking 2 years in advance Out of curiosity I checked the cost via the Disneyworld website for non timeshare owners The cost for a 1 week stay at Animal Kingdom was just short of 10,000 dollars! We saved about 9000 dollars! Wow! We are so happy we purchased our WorldMark timeshare! We do have to be patient We did that by booking 2 years in advance It is well worth the wait!Read more Show less

If you've only been once you don't know what you're talking about Going counterclockwise is the busiest way to go because that's which direction the best rides are And you can't bring an entire meal inside! Please don't misinform these poor people that save their entire lives to go Stick to what you know DOITONADIME
Comment from : MZ M

lennedykee
If you get to the park right as it opens, skip to the popular rides because the employees allow skipping and don’t allow running😄
Comment from : lennedykee

Jessica Peterson
Its not really a money saving tip but on the monsters inc Ride if you ask for a buddy pass you can skip the whole line
Comment from : Jessica Peterson

i have to disagree about not buying park food invest in the disney snack plan instead! a lot of the restaurant had “snacks” that you could pile up into a meal, a lot of the little shops had almost all of its menu be snack compatible and by the end, my family of six had so many left over, that we spent them of special disney candy and treats and it was much less expensive! brbri also have to disagree with the disney photos with the photo pack that we bought, we got every photo from our rides, all photos with characters and photos in front of stuff like the castle and tree (we went a week before christmas, before all schools were out) all they did was scan your magic band and take the photo no hassle at all

Erin McCoy
It’s great and all to save money, but I feel like constantly budgeting, cost cutting, and bargaining takes away some of the magic of the trip When I was little, I always loved going out to the parks, eating the good food, getting toys at the stores, and overall having a good time without worrying about the bill It sounds awful, but the expensive splurges are what made it fun for me I understand that some people can’t afford the park food or overpriced mickey plushies, but there are some times where you should stop worrying about cost and say “yes”
Comment from : Erin McCoy

rryoder1
We do Walt Disney World every year The last four years we’ve included a Disney cruise with the stay I’ve spent more money than I care to say but it’s all about the memories We stay at the Grand, we eat in the parks and enjoy every minute of it We go when there are discounts on rooms to stay at the best resort The best thing about Disney is there’s a price point for any family At WDW you don’t need to rent a car, the transportation to and from the airport is included If you need a car for a few days there’s a rental site on property
Comment from : rryoder1

Cherri Anne
Are people really this cheap! Buying Disney toys at dollar tree when you are at Disney at least buy the kid one toy! Also Disney does not have a off season it’s all ways busy
