I have to say, I can see the aesthetic value of both photos Each one serves the purpose of what a viewer may prefer, whether the background is out of focus or the background is filled with focused or nearly-focused flowers Since all the stems of lavender are oriented in roughly the same direction it gives the overall pattern of the photo a sense of order rather than being too busy and confusing for the eye Comment from : Skyfox |
