Broken literally a couple dozen 1952 Bowman baseball sets made up of cards pulled from penny packs as well as from 5 cent packs so I have seen lots of cards with wax stains Never seen a wax stain like the one pulled from that pack I think that is what the back would look like if the pack were subjected to being reheated to resealing My suspicion is that BBCE got it wrong on this pack being originally sealed Additionally he had to struggle to peel the wax wrapper to open it and ended up having to tear it to get the cards out Pretty confident that pack was resealed based on those two observations Comment from : Greg |
