I first noticed these immediately after giving birth when I was 30 yrs old Im 33 now I have noticed them on family members on my dads side so I 100 think its hereditary in my case I also feel like they come and go based on my level of exhaustion, diet, water intake etc I want to try a plant based diet (i somewhat already limit meat and dairy) and less sodium intake and ensure I exercise daily (I currently exercise 3-5 days a week) I also want to completely eliminate alcohol and smoking which i do several times a week or less currently Praying that all works otherwise I will try this Thank you for sharing your journey though 🙏🏾 Comment from : Ashley Wilson
