DO NOT SWITCH TO AT&T !!!!!! They have a SCAM going to get you to upgrade to the new Samsung S23 and give you an $800 promotional discount for your old Galaxy trade in They delay the process of sending in your old phone so you fall out of the 30 day return window I have made over 16 calls and many many hours of talking to reps and management only to be told the best they can do is give me a $100 towards my bill I'm taking them to small claims court

At&t's TRADEOFFER23 (any Samsung Galaxy) is $800 credit now provided a 3rd party value it over $130 (so old phones won't qualify) Says any condition, but not true as anything can cut it to $350 credit (scratch on case, bezel, screen burn-in, bad pixels, etc) Bait and switch basically from what they say before you start the actual trade-in process I've spent hours on att support phone/chat lines working to cancel my order so hope this helps others

I switched from Jan4 2023 through a sales rep That sent a message through text and even confirmed IN PERSON to get me a plan for 4 lines for $95/month So we switched and got new phones for the switch since we were new (it was included, just have to pay $273 for sales tax) NOW, my first phine bill is $789 and two hours later on the phone with them and they STILL do not honor what THEY told me and want to charge me $210 for monthly bill and Im still to owe the $789 That was on Feb14 2023 Im still looking around to see what next steps to take There is a website that helps to take at&t to small claims court Look it up people, there is WAY too many similar problems to say that at&t values and honors their customers
