There is a flaw in your calculations You have said if you invest 10Lacs at 12 PA for next 20 yrs, you will save 10 Cr But when you do the calculations you have taken 26 ROI which is very very difficult over a very long time Please correct 2:20
Comment from : Sumit Goel

siddhaved phadke
at 207 you are showing interest rate as 12 but while speaking its 26needs to be correctedits 26 over 20 years will give you 10cr not at 12

I have never come across a more stupid & nonsense video ever! Firstly, the question is utter senseless Do you expect to gain 10Cr in a matter of mere 20 years? Seriously? And this man is doing simple math saying that "one can invest a SIP of 1,00,000/month for the next 20 years OR start with 55,000/month with a step-up of 10 every year" Did you see the SIP amounts of the last few years of 20-year tenure? They were close to 2,50,000/month! Can you imagine anybody putting that per month in a SIP in India? What's the percentage of people that does that? It's a joke!brIf simple math were the only formula to do that, even you can invest 5,00,000/month as SIP in a mutual fund and earn a corpus of 25Cr in the next 15 years with a CAGR of 15 Tell me, does this make any sense to the majority of you? No, it doesn't because the question doesn't relate to 99 of the general public

With drawing from PPF and investing the same 28 lacs is wrong decisionbrWe have the investments in 4-5 bucketsbr1) Goldbr2) Mutual Fundbr3) PPFbr4) Endowment Plansbr5) Real EstatebrbrWhat will happen if a country go for war markets will crash and we remain with ashbrbrWe can’t predict the future what is there, so removing ppf and investing in market is very wrong decision

SIPs get evened out over timeBut Lumpsum again may not get Also if some one is investing huge lumpsum of 5 Lakhs or 10 Lakhs , it is always to split that or into 2 or 3 products so that there would be a hedge benefitKindly let knowThanks!
