Restricted and unrestricted funds… it’s not asbrSimple as I could spend this fund on office furniture abrI can spend those funds only on the programs of the charity Well, sometimes it is…brbrBut, when you begin to consider funds and systemic funding with block grants and also the interactions between state legislations allowances in conjunction with various other streams… things like tax and campaign giving and even higher education reimbursement for state or federal workers brbrTake this “storm” parts… and add in down times in economies, rhetoric, census data work, foundations, classified spending needs and the very real needs of security yet intersections of climate and immigration/refugee needs brbrLet’s sprinkle in some over done funding based upon gas taxes or varied rhetoric of starving governance to reduce regulations under the guise of better productivity… even though the over privatization ends up costing more when some distance is created brbrOr, larger social footprints from governance without market dynamic oversights and therefore grift and graft become housing units for things like part “c” plans brbrThese very very real matters… can lead to things like retirement funds getting way involved in private markets and now… governance has backed into being the biggest market driver in oddly conservative anti regulatory spawning grounds brbrIt’s the irony of extremism and blind spots enabling Voltaire bastard behaviors when trains get going and it seems almost impossible to slow them without some draconian measures, which in themselves… present vast dangers of the implementations and the resulting pleitropic effects brbrOr… we commission large scale data rich universities or think tanks (both coming with their pluses and minuses) and are themselves tied to variations of these funding streams It’s also a very very real reason why when rhetoric meets university board rooms and classrooms… which typically public classrooms have already been touched at that point… the reality of needs of actions were years ago brbrAnd, those holding the reins were just passing policies along with snips and adds therebrAnd here pending on the winds blowing brbrWe don’t need a war nor chaos to right these ships and it’s not quite as bad as all this seems… but it almost was, and we are not out of the proverbial woods by any stretch It’s the balance of informing and being honest without being cruel… which also effects market dynamics brbrThere are also many wonderful things which happen amongst all of this… highly qualified state workers and sums of money and safe inter workings of military funding while hoping to help more… while obviously understanding how important it is to have civilian leadership… but also… “foreign and domestic”… interesting thinking tied up in these streams and pools and assigning “Values”brAnd Risk assessments brbrThe thing is… it’s really workable But the current process is good, but it needs better There’s no getting away from needs of diversity of investments full well knowing insurance will continue to seembrInfallible until it really isn’t sustainable And, these fears are used as leverage in a variety of capacities… not ok Again, workable brbrSo, the regional work of health, climate and tools is able to give access and flow though purposeful work of insights and implementation, which is relatively stream lined but enough to provide access and improvement feedback loops But, security of our and Any line working on this… and the needs of privacy, transparency and proper oversight need proper attention The work will help ease and grow, but it’s not a “parking lot” of issues… there are so many people and careers, good people who work really hard … It just starts with health interoperability and infrastructure process improvements Assurances get created… it only works with an engaged citizenry But, I can assure you or anyone… if improvements don’t get made, it will not be heart warming to a lot of people who need better
