America is currently plagued by the hydra-headed evil duo of inflation and recession The worst part about this recession is that consumers are racking up credit card debt In April last year alone, credit card debt went up 20 while rates have doubled in a year Inflation is so high that consumers are literally taking debt for basic life necessities Collapse has indeed begun Comment from : @tatianastarcic |

In my five years as a dividend investor, i realized that the secret to doubling savings is to keep debt to a minimum Cut expenses Develop healthy habits like consistently saving money at regular intervals for investments to help you build wealth If you work on this, your financial potential will grow exponentially There are numerous opportunities to make money on the financial market With the assistance of my financial advisor James Fletcher Brennan, I was able to earn my first million dollars through passive investment in a variety of assets Comment from : @meredithelbert6608 |

Tracking is a great way to eliminate bad habits I've started weighing my food and, honestly, I'm not so strict about it but I've noticed there's an increased resistance (that doesn't feel bad at all) to eating food that only gives me calories and gives me barely any nutrition I'd say the same philosophy applies to tracking your expenses Simply tracking your expenses will likely improve your buying behavior without the conscious effort of "sacrificing" your lifestyle Comment from : @danieljosenaval |
|
google sheet? using google after ages of knowing their scams? ah ok you dont know its ok Comment from : @alionsroots7532 |

Treat your savings like a needed expense Budget around your needed expenses such as rent like you already do, just add savings on top and budget slightly more Doesn't mean you can't ever eat out or have fun with friends, but know your limits Comment from : @musicased9591 |

|
A big chunk of my income goes to Federal and State taxes :( With 3 kids it is impossible to save more than 30 of income (combined) even with no loans and debt So it all depends on the situation Comment from : @jacekradomski839 |
|
Great insight, it is always better to invest your money because the money you put in your savings account will end up been used one way or the other with no return I used to be a victim of this, until I met my financial advisor Christy Vallen D'souza, she explained to me why I must invest my money Now I can proudly say I make so much every week from my investment Comment from : @davisjmiller1541 |

I just checked and I naturally save around 42 of my income on payday and usually have around 20 left over at the end of the month so 60 in total! Not bad for a 20 y/o who lives alone and doesn't have a formal budgeting method as of yet :) Comment from : @nrunning6536 |
