Incorrect, the moon does not rotate on it's axis once a month because we'd be able to see and photograph the back side of the moon from the earth during it's axis rotation, which we cannot ever do, so claiming the moon rotates on it's axis is false The moon is literally locked in it's axis orbit, which astrophysicists cannot explain because they cannot show us any other example of a natural object out there in the universe that is locked in it's orbit What are the chances that the only heavenly body in this universe that cannot spin on it's axis just happens to be that moon orbiting the earth?
