When I Pre Ordered the 2021 ASE "Missing Reed" I was redirected to a Video of New security feature about 5 minutes long, showing flat part of where the reed would have been and at magnification two columns of 4 Lazer Dots in each column (kinda like a 6 on 1 of the pairs of Dice) That could be Read with a function or app on an iphone "Genuine or Counterfeit" Only seen video once

Definitely the US Mint is behind with no “good” security features as the Britannia has I don’t know why they didn’t include any for the fractional gold About the new reverse, I like more the Type 2 Gold design than the previous, and definitely more than the Silver Good video Heist!

A lot of us got together and drove up to the US mint at the end of last year Annnnnd protested that All Reeds Matter Made signs that said Save the Reeds and Reeds have edges too, you know we really let em’ have itbrWe even did a livestream coin roll hunt on YouTube to bring in money for more markers and poster board paper brSilver Steeler met us up there and he got sideways on the Asst Sales Manager about their sorry website always locking people out and allowing bots to win most of the HOT coins!! He lost his voice he was yelling So LOUD brI guess the Mint left those Reeds on due to the scrutiny and pressure we put on thembr✌️🇺🇸🦅

I recereceived the type 2 ASE this week It is really disappointing! The obverse is not as detailed nor as well struck The reverse looks more like a perth mint wildlife coin! 🤨 I do like the new gold design, but they should have incorporated some stars, for tradition

I just released a technology Innovations and security features video this afternoon on silver and the fractional gold eagles a couple weeks ago, but Yeah I have bought 3 of the quarter type 2’s and didn’t realize they didn’t until they were in hand I do have to say though, the new gold design is A LOT better than the type 2 silver designs

The US Mint has been a huge disappointment with the complete lack of security features I've said before that something is not a feature if you're not aware of it If they really do have more features they should tell the people who are buying their bullion what they are Until they actually say that there are more (and tell everyone what and where they are) I have to assume they don't exist and stand by my extreme disappointment

Yeah, it was kind of disappointing that the US Mint didn't apply the security feature to the fractional gold coins I got the 1/4 oz type 2 AGE and noticed it I looked at the description on the JM Bullion website and it only mentions the security feature for the 1 oz AGE
