Why oh why do all these channels ignore the Cayenne and Macan which account for 80 of all Porsche purchases and most watchers if the own a Porsche will drive one of the 2 models and yet on YouTube they are invisible ? Please reply

I absolutely agree with his choices However, there is one option that was not available at the time of this podcast I think the Porsche 911 S/T will almost certainly be the best collectible, as it is truly the best 911 ever made for the road Time will tell

We have a massive snobbery problem in this country with 911 base / s The S has always outsold massively, yet in Europe i believe its the opposite If i was ordering new right now it would be a 911 base without doubt They carry a good base spec like never before For normal road use by far the best choice

Surprised nobody mentioned the 996gt3rs 682 produced and many of them tracked and crashed very few low mile examples I think that will be something for the future? Hopefully the 996 gets the love they deserve They are amazing to drive

I have to say my 718 2018 GTS 25 is a fantastic car - super fast and the exhaust sounds great when warned up - ok 4 cylinder but value for money ticked / speed ticked / holds value ticked / drive / road holding ticked and on top of all that it’s so supper quick

Before I bought my 996 I was considering a lovely 9911 S at slightly more money In the end, I decided on a low-mileage, manual 996 Turbo Fits in all 3 categories I'd say!

Nothing wrong with the 9971 It has the stronger IMS and apart from the odd bore scoring that didn’t affect all of them by far they are also a legendary purchase Cheaper to service than the 9972 and last of the mechanical steering before they introduced electric steering racks

Great video Lee, 9972 GT3RS gets my vote purely because the GT3RS 40 will rise and drag the 38 up with it It represents the last of alot of 911 perfection, manual RS, mezger engine, non eletric steering, small footprint etc I can see the 9972 GT3 RS going past £300k in the next 10 years
