A lady on TikTok recommended that I listened to your meditation on Forgiveness but little did I know how many people had hurt me since my childhood and most importantly how powerfully my lack of forgiveness made me feel sick lately as I've been reliving each betrayal as I shared all the traumas I've been through with a young man I connected with on TikTok, who's been patiently listening to me crying non-stop Little did I realize how my past kept affecting the quality of my "now" moments with him or when I'm alone at home, and how powerfully forgiving each and everyone, including my self, would set me free, at last, I can breathe again while tears rolling down my cheeks are washing all the pain away Thank you so very much for this most soothing experience I've been blessed with I know that I will most probably have to come back here several times but at least I know who to turn to whenever past hurt resurface to my "new" awareness! Thank you for posting I go through a critical time in my relationship, at foste I tried to control and chase answers, with this meditation I don’t have to run after anybody, anything, I am just present now, here, forgiving myself first and forgiving my partner Whatever he does(hurts) but I don’t want revenge, I just want to understand him, forgive him and help him see the light again I hope forgiveness will lift the fog so we can see a bright future together I feel like those hard moments help us reboot to better us! brThank you for posting!!!
