I recently purchased two green dot Visa cards One for 500 and one for 50 This was to pay my auto insurance I called the number to activate them and the person on the phone stole all the moneytotal of 550 dollars Went through all the steps CVS, FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT GREEN DOT AND THE POLICE Everyone said there is nothing they can do Yikes even the Green Dot activation department is in on the scam Still had to pay my auto insurance Live and learn

Last year I was contacted by a scammer going by the name of either Lynn Ben or Lynn Blessing They kept asking me for steam cards, green dot cards, bank accounts etc this person would not stop asking me for them, even after I told them repeatedly that I don’t feel comfortable sending money to people I’ve never met They kept claiming they needed the money so they could relocate to where I am so they could be with me, as if I was in anyway interested They claimed to be from Los Angeles, I’m in Rhode Island So they were going to relocate here with no money and just magically get a place with me Avoid this scammer at all costs I found out who they were pretending to be and they of course denied everything
