Every two weeks I am required to send in my ID because my deposit is over $600 and considered suspicious activity so they blocked my account and make me jump through hoops to get it turned back on Now it’s gotten so bad they’ve changed my login information for my own good I have canceled my account and are now refusing to send me a check for the balance Someone needs to make this company accountable for their actions

I have Green Dot cashback VISA I haven't had any problems and I DID NOT link the card to my personal bank accounts, my credit card, phone number or business email address There is a $495 reload fee and a $995 monthly fee but it definitely serves it's purpose for me
