Hey Everyone! So something I forgot to mention:brRegardless of how much I choose to pay myself I do pay taxes on ALL of my profits I use GoDaddy Bookkeeping to keep track of Income and Expenses (including Cost of Goods) and although I might only pay myself 10-30 right now - YOU MUST PAY TAXES ON ALL OF THE PROFITS! This is important to note and I forgot to say that in the video - please forgive me! I don't take cost of goods into consideration when factoring my 30 because so much more money is going back into the business for inventory I will only factor in COGS when I start paying myself 100 profits every single month Hopefully all of that makes sense!brbrAlso! I agree 100 of what you said and growing your business Too many people think they can jump in and make a thousand a week and quit their jobs It takes time and capital plus the right products I have been reselling for over 10 years and 100 of profit was always spent on bills and just stuff I decided to see what I really could do and not spend any profit for 1 full year I used a new credit card to help fund larger amount of inventory and did not want to use my savings I still have not paid myself a penny Credit card is paid in full each month and I now have over $25,000 cash in bank 15 years later from reselling Now I can continue to grow without worries and no plans on spending any of my profit, except of course on income taxes

ive sold many types of products on ebay from new small inventory to used larger items, to used vintage items, to pallet returns, etcit doesnt seem to make much difference what i sell my profit margin is around 25 or so after im ALL IN whether i make 2 grand per month or i make 10 grand per month that number rarely changes from 25 when i hear somebody talk about their income, i know theyre lying to me one way or another LOL theyre either using their gross revenue or theyre using what ebay says is their "net" which is a lie you wanna know what somebody actually makestake whatever number they give you and multiply it by 25 thatll give you a ballpark in my experience all businesses have different expense levels, but 25 will get you closer than any number they tell you i made 11 grand last month just on ebay, but does anybody really believe my bank account went up 11 grand? truth is, it didnt go up 25 of that either cause i spent pretty much every dime of it back out on new inventory i have several more grand in inventory, but that dont help me at kroger this week trying to get some cheese whiz for lunch LOL im glad to hear somebody actually say that your profits can very easily be zero if even youre putting in 40 hours per week or more

I would think that at no point you really want to pull 100, maybe 90 or 95, I would keep slowly building the funds to buy unexpected things like a new printer or computer or something like that Otherwise you might need to take a bigger hit and only take a smaller amount out one month when a bigger expense happens Which depending on how you budget could be an issue or not
