Thus, it's not prosecutor's role to decide wether or not a person, or in this case +50 of a whole financial (bank) institution, conducted FRAUDelant!!! Our WEstern Capitalistic System, can Only Survive if fraudulent behavior is prosecuted! Remember, Not All Banks were involved, so the system was still alright! The only problem was/has been that clear criminal actions aren't acted on! And current prosecutors are clearly not doing their well paid job correctly!
