Hi there I recently found your channel and I appreciate the information you share Have you encountered someone with a False eviction on their record? The property management company that took over my residence somehow created 2 accounts for my residence I paid my rent to 1 of the accounts I was sent They sent me to their collections department I tried calling them I kept getting the run around I sent proof I paid I kept calling, meanwhile they filed an eviction notice that I didn't know about I was never served I kept calling and sending proof They dismissed the eviction They are not renewing my lease and now I can't find a place to live because of the false eviction!! Due to all of the stress I ended up having a seizure and in the hospital from it I can't find a lawyer to take the case This is insane I think they had either an internal scam, someone was creating fake accounts and stealing our money or just s system error, but one of their representatives told me they spoke another client with the same issue I am beside myself that this has happened when I paid my rent Thank you for any help Thank you for your channel Have a blessed day Comment from : Ksf

I would like to start by saying evening to you I have called in my area here in NC 211, City Hall, Housing Authority and many other ppl that 211 told me to call So when i called in January about Rental Assistance the told me yas that they have funds but, they haven't gotten it in yet, so i said ok So she took my mane and number and told me that she will call once they have it So time when by and ai called her back since i haven't heard from her When i did call back it was at the end of January i believe and i asked her again about the Rental Assistance sh said it would be about 90 days until they gad something Which would be in March when i had called her back and told me that they did not have anything I've been trying to get help every since Last yr 2022 and no help at all They always saying that you have to have children or your utilities have to a turn off notice or you have to be evicted brI qas asking for help because it was said that you Do Not Have to Behind on Rent nor Utilities whick i am not Am i able to apply for the program?
