Found out about Bilt a bit ago, but opted to not bother because: 1 it requires 4 other transactions (besides rent) monthly to earn iany/i rewards for the month which seems like a huge hassle as well as getting subpar rewards rate on those and 2 it becomes worthless if/when you do buy a place since it's their only offering and you can't convert it to another card worth usingbrbrI instead opted for a Discover Cashback Debit account that gives 1 cash back on debit card purchases, which can include rent--although most places also charge a flat rate (as opposed to percentage) "convenience" fee for rent on debit cards, I still pocket $1314 a month in savings with far less hassle than Bilt though
