Currently 22, and I didn’t even know financial anxiety was a thing but its definitely made me stress alot last year with the passing of my Father too A mix of grief and anxiety is too much so i’m just getting things in order step by step and take control as you said 🙏🏻 everyone has bills but i’m unlucky to have carried on over his debt The mix of the 2 emotions along with my ego made me make some bad mistakes (getting a credit card, bank loan) Bills are a motherfucker but i’m too young too be this stressed

EGO and FEAR is something I must fear Sitting here, crying and doing anxiety eating do not get me anywhere really I would tell my friends if they were going through my situation, "Get an temporary job and quit if you don't like You might love it, you might need it for a while But either way it is WAAAAAAy better than staying home and binge eat!" so this is something I need! We can do this together! We are in this together!

That last one is very useful these days Every website for every one of the companies I pay regularly have programs in place to help those who have been effected by the COVID-19 situation Do not be afraid to call them and see what they can do to help you out I know that student loan firms have offered to approve all forebearances right now (I don't know what the limits are, but any help is help right now) Pretty much every other creditor has similar programs Take advantage of them!
