IM NUGGET
I wish they made Gilden coins / round 9 /10 silver and the edge is 1/10 gold to make a whole 1 oz coin where you invest in gold and silver in 1
Comment from : IM NUGGET

Guppys
Right now it's 2032$

Comment from : Randy Reyes

Big E
#1 reason is it actually gets you into stacking gold and may provide the catalyst to transition to larger coins such as even just the1/4 ounce size… 1 coin from completing my first 20 coin air-Tite tube and looking towards 1/4 oz or sovereigns going forward
Comment from : Big E

Stanton Magid
I been stacking silver for about a year and Friday I bought my first 1/10 oz of gold
Comment from : Stanton Magid

Snoopys_stackin
This was very educational; thank you for sharing

Lena Belle
Now in Nov 2022 I’ve been buying silver! I just looked at the silver/gold ratio and it’s over 83, so looks like I am correct in buying silver right now! brAlso it’s easy cause you can get coins for $25
Comment from : Lena Belle

365 Days of Silver
Lovely stack there 🤩
Comment from : 365 Days of Silver

Anthony Vu
Can I ask you what’s the size of the capsules you buy for your 1/10 gold coins?
Comment from : Anthony Vu

Barthez McGonagle
100 agree

Mike Fu
I think crazy premiums are the New normal!my gut is telling me it's a new era of Intense Demand from the pandemic, and it's not a "small group" buying Bullion anymoreIt feels similar to the stock market manipulation buy-out with "GameStop" a couple years ago, and things we never the same afterit's just a new Era and layer in a changing worldSadly, I think people will have to adjust and keep up with the timesbut we will see!!
Comment from : Mike Fu

Mrvicmen82
I thought precise metal were weighted in Troy oz? So they aren’t 28 gram oz
Comment from : Mrvicmen82

Phil Pots
I only buy 1g if it is same cost for 3 against a tenth,, I actually picked up 3x maple grams for less, winner Maple grams are so cool Also pick up proof sovereigns at the same price as quarter bullion Great when little prizes pop up
Comment from : Phil Pots

Sam Lozano
Are you flipping these on ebay or local facebook groups?
Comment from : Sam Lozano

mikew2711
If you're buying 1/10 oz coins at $200 plus, you're paying well over $2000 an oz when gold is $1825 How is that a bargain?
Comment from : mikew2711

Blazed Reefer
Looks like you preferred the direct fit capsules instead of the black gasket versions, Is this still the case? personally the slight rattle in the direct fit pushes me to gasket airtite
Comment from : Blazed Reefer

Kane Nine
I carry the same pocket knife! ;)
Comment from : Kane Nine

stand by 321
If Russia locks gold into oil the gold price will be locked in and there will be no speculating with gold but silver will be the one to speculate with
Comment from : stand by 321

Shilver101
Yes fractional gold is a good choice Easiest to liquidate if need be and easiest on the pocket book to buy if you can stand the premiums I enjoyed the vid I had sold my full fractional stack a while back and still kicking myself to this day!
Comment from : Shilver101

Schultheiß
I love 1/10oz, and I have a few Mexican 2 pesos (about 1/20oz or 15g gold) for super fractional gold
Comment from : Schultheiß

Robert Jackson
Are you calculating premium for 1/10th oz of gold to 1/10 oz of silver? It seems you are calculating 1/10th gold to 1 oz silver You are not comparing apples to apples
Comment from : Robert Jackson

Bo Bundy007
AustraliaI just bought my first ever gold1 x 2009 1/10th Maple and 1x1/10th Britannia, both about $330aud,ea Gold $2500 oz here so 1/10th oz works out to about $3,300 oz A bit much so I decided to save up $700aud and buy 1/4 oz gold coins Cheers
Comment from : Bo Bundy007

Sovereign Saurus
Cool I've not seen the polar bear in gold I tend to stick to sovereigns for my fractional purchases unless I spot a particularly cheap deal for something It's cool having the tenths but I keep selling them to drop my cost average
Comment from : Sovereign Saurus

Vertical Stacker
My LCS has been getting $220 for 1/10 oz gold all day long I just haven’t been able to do that, even though I know I can recoup much of that premium on the private party sales market, but not that much, particularly when I can go to social media and get them for $203-$205 I guess I’m just a premium grinch right now You set out some good reasons for 1/10 oz gold Hard to believe I don’t have any 1/10 oz Libertads I need to up my game
Comment from : Vertical Stacker

zzyzxRDFwy15
Buy 1oz gold coins for the lowest premium The premium you have to pay for factional gold coins is way too high
Comment from : zzyzxRDFwy15

rongermanjr
1/10 oz are my favorite fractionals but i also like to nab pre-33 US gold coins yeah, those are more in the realm of numismatics, but they're gorgeous and, honestly, i don't worry too much about premiums anytime i can exchange a bunch of crappy FRNs for gold i'm a happy guy, no matter what i get i enjoyed hearing your thoughts on it brbrwarm greetings from key west!
Comment from : rongermanjr

james wiblishauser
Good video, have heard warnings against buying grams, but tenth of an oz sounds very different I like the liquidity aspect of it too, and full oz sounds a little risky, at least for a 1st time purchase will definitely consider buying tenth of an oz pieces though thanx for the tips
Comment from : james wiblishauser

ronnie cardy
My 1-10 cost 268
Comment from : ronnie cardy

DRUMMERJAYable
the best prices I have found is the 1 Ducat Not 24kt but close and just over 1/1O oz

Simon Dyble
Excellent video I am a new gold stacker with a couple of 1/10 ounce gold and a 1 gram (first gold purchase, was very excited and just wanted a piece of gold) and was looking at buying a 1/4 ounce However I like your argument and will be re evaluating how to make up to my first 1 ounce brI am in the UK
Comment from : Simon Dyble

Comment from : Barbara Carbone

Aftermarket Market
I’m a fan of the kooks I thought they would just be a one time deal a couple years ago, but it looks like they will be doing them yearly in tenth ounce gold and surprisingly platinum as well
Comment from : Aftermarket Market

Silver Heist
I like the fractional gold! It’s a good entry price for gold
Comment from : Silver Heist

Strong Stacker

Henzo
I have a few 1/10th Britannia's and Maples Great coins I stack silver too, but yes, premiums are insane now 6+ for generics and 7+ on sovereign coins in Canada
Comment from : Henzo

Comment from : John Mills

Ashley Denise
My gut told me to start buying fractional 1/10 gold I love my silver tho☺️ either way both are good to have in your profolio ! Thx for this video!
Comment from : Ashley Denise

Billy Bob Mirango
I diversify 1oz gold generally with much more silver (a volume ratio of about 38:1) brI think I will start to add a bit of Pt as a speculation and get a total of 5 to 10 oz
Comment from : Billy Bob Mirango

The Golden Loot
I’m just curious when you sell the 1/10 ounce, do you get your premium back?
Comment from : The Golden Loot

Mississippi Son
I like your take on the 1/10 I guess the 1/15 ratio is a thing of the past Speculators are willing to pay for silver premiums for the chance of that ratio dropping Could you imagine a 15:1 ratio with no gold value loss! 😳
Comment from : Mississippi Son

Ehren Krause
Ain't math great 😁👍🎉
Comment from : Ehren Krause

John Schroeder
I've been stacking these 1/10 oz gold coins for years now and they are great I haven't ordered from sd bullion yet but that's going to change very soon The Britannia is a beautiful coin just like the Canadian polar bear My silver hoard greatly outnumbers my gold but I'm working on changing that
Comment from : John Schroeder

Gaming Bigfats
I traded 9-1/10 oz gold maples for 1oz gold bar
Comment from : Gaming Bigfats

Gold Maple
I think you are very smart guy, Silver Bean Counter 1/10 ounce gold coins are the way to go because gold is expensive and most people cannot afford to buy the 1 ounce coins Just the facts
Comment from : Gold Maple

Ryan Hanson
I've purchased random gold bullion from both dealers, they will sometimes send bullion which is in assay packaging Very good deal even if you don't know which mint you'll receive
Comment from : Ryan Hanson

Zaycream21
Where do you get those all clear capsules for the 1/10 oz gold age, if you wouldn't mind, like what's the label for them please?
Comment from : Zaycream21

Zaycream21
You know I've just realized that they have real legit stores on eBay where you can pay using cashback cards that equal the same amount as using a check/wire on online stores or even cheaper Just as an extra shield of protection in case something happens to the bullion and it's a credit builder move for same or less money Idk I just saw some benefits while looking for my first long awaited gold buffalo
Comment from : Zaycream21

Shaun Oliver
Love the frac :D

Comment from : Almost Literally

Coin Collector and Stacker
I’ve been stacking silver and numismatic coins but I’m getting frustrated with the high premiums on American Silver Eagles So I was seriously thinking of doing some small Gold investing I was thinking of the 1 gram and the 1/10 oz I think that I’m sold on the 1/10 now Good video Thanks

Comment from : Terry Thrasher

aucourant
I'm not rich, so I couldn't afford to buy one ounce or even half ounce gold coins But for the past five years, I have bought tenth ounce Britannias, quarter ounce Britannias, or Sovereigns and half Sovereigns every month, depending on other expenses and outgoings for that month It soon builds up These coins are VAT free and not subject to Capital Gains Tax here in the UK If you know the right place to look, you can often get these at very low premiums and I usually either buy in person to save postage or go for free postage companies The coins I got five years ago have gone up fifty per cent, the coins I bought last year not so much But now that gold is going up again, I might make some money on them too Either way, it is good insurance against out of control inflation
Comment from : aucourant

Silver Scorpion

Love the polar bear always had a soft spot for polar bears
Comment from : Paul d

Azimuth Enigma
Hold on to your fractional I believe that in years to come as new people enter the precious metals market this is what most will be buying and able to afford The average person won't be able to fork out thousands of dollars for an ounce in years from now
Comment from : Azimuth Enigma

SalivateMetal
Great deals on those coins Very nice Yes, very liquid indeed! Nice pickups sir! Good arguments for tenth oz gold
Comment from : SalivateMetal

Brandon Goss
I wonder If you had 10 of the 1/10th ounce gold Tell me anything about selling 10 of these in exchange for a whole ounce of Gold Is the price going to be fair or will I lose money in the exchange for the whole ounce
Comment from : Brandon Goss

Brandon Goss
The reason to buy 1/10th ounces You may not ever get enough money to buy an Ounce which cost about $200000 But $20000 is a reasonable price to exchange for 1/10th ounce of gold
Comment from : Brandon Goss

Joseph Purdy
Valcambi Gold CombiBar would be great for fractional gold If the premiums for the total weight of the bar were competitively priced A 200 dollar premium on a 50 gram bar is expensive Its intended to be divided up so it certainly has no numismatic value
Comment from : Joseph Purdy

Joe John
How many grams is a coin?
