Don’t play the square gamebrbrDon’t tell them where you want your monthly payment to be brbrDon’t be afraid to standup and walk away brbrDon’t put money down for anything, including TTLbrbrHave pre financing before walking inbrbrTell them you only want to know the lowest total price you can get on the vehicle

Car dealerships are rip offs no matter wat!! You’re not getting a deal cuz they mark up the price to overvalue it so they can take a couple 2k off thinking u got a good deal it’s best to buy a car cash

The first words out of your mouth were a lie The first thing I was taught was “follow the process, because the process works” Knowing that, I knew to take the rest of what you said here with a grain of saltbrbrAlso, profit isn’t a bad word Why do you think we show up for work? To lose money? People hate car dealers for doing the same thing they do when they go to work because guys like you tell them to Videos like this make the process way more confrontational than it needs to be
Comment from : Brandon Cofrancisco

GentleBrawl
There's good info in here but it's not explained well on what we should do This guy is definitely a salesman 😂

When I bought my first truck at the end of 2019 I made the mistake of getting the extended warranty 28k up to 32k for a 12 thousand mile extension NOT worth it oh well, I’ll never do that again I love my 19 Ranger
Comment from : Tyler Joseph

DAG42085
After buying 5 cars and trading a year of using them, I learned that the best way to buy a car is to go to your bank first and ask for a loan so you don't have to deal with any of those lying and cheating salespeople, and if you go to put some money forward give it to your bank directly
Comment from : DAG42085

bodegaboys

When i bought my current car, i knew all these tricks (i used to be a car salesman) And so i ended up leaving the dealership with a BRAND NEW car for only about $300 a month payment and i only gave them $250 cash as a down paymentLOL

Get your own financing Lock all 3 of your credit reports and walk away if they keep playing games I never put anything down (not even the taxes) and never had a problem buying a car using my own financing except for when all dealers went on a power trip when there was a shortage Just waited it out and when I saw a Venza hybrid sit on a lot for 60 days and the asking price went from $40k to $27k I jumped because they were desperate to unload it 2 years old and 15k miles on it with all of the Toyota warranty

I had a buddy that wanted me to go in with him because he was intimidated by the car buying process brI told him: "Remember you owe these people nothing You don't have to buy anything they are selling Your goal is to get the car you want for a reasonable price There are thousands of the vehicle you want for sale out there so don't feel pressured into NEEDING to buy this one because it is the only one they have"brHe went in and did great I was looking at vehicles at the time too So it worked br99 of car buying is to never let yourself feel pressured, and know what you want and how much you're willing to pay before walking in the door
Comment from : GetInTheSpace

Max Voronin
car payments are one of the dumbest things you can get yourself into
Comment from : Max Voronin

440Trick
Would it be a good idea if you plan on paying in full, to get a dealership loan at a high price, to leverage a better deal, or some extras, but in reality you are going to pay off the loan before the 1st payment is due?
Comment from : 440Trick

magus5200

Should the down payment ever be added to the total price paid for the car? The amount financed remained the same, but the total price went up?
Comment from : Martin Ramey

Thanks for your info and all the videos and vlogs you share I do however have a question I found a used vehicle/ truck from out of state Obviously not local I know they want to run the finance before I get there to check out the truck including how much for down payment etc Is this something strongly against doing until I show up and see the vehicle or go ahead and get things prepared paper wise?

Mr Wilson
I negotiated a deal on my F 350 and had 50 k in cash from the sale of another truck I had The cash was locked in my sons truck because he had given me a ride to the dealership When the salesman said let’s get you over to financing I told him don’t bother I will be paying cash The look on his face was priceless Needless to say, I put the cash on his desk and wrote a check for the balance That was a fun day, now I have a new truck free and clear no payment I was lucky I was able to actually negotiate because I bought the truck about a month before inventories started disappearing off dealer lots
Comment from : Mr Wilson

Comment from : Andrew Baird

Jerry Highlights
Why would you want to put $0 Down ? The more you put down the less payments you have, you pay less in interest, and you'll be in a great equity position It doesn't matter if you get $1000's off the purchasing price cause at the end of the day if you stick with the whole term you're paying a lot more anyway lmao Instead of talking a dealership down do your research and go to where that car is your interested in and buy it
Comment from : Jerry Highlights

chgofirefighter
There’s a a reason why dealerships are called ”stealerships” dealers are nothing but a corrupt legal organization
