On the first video it looks like there is a man that jumps into oncoming traffic from the left of the screen off of the white railing and landed on the car/bounced off and fell in the road (starts at 0:51 and at the pause at 1:02 he looks to hit the side of the suv and the momentum of the car made him roll forward to the front of the car) idk that’s what it looks like to me
