Tried it with 500ml 79 alcohol, later added ca 300ml water with 100g white sugar Maybe a little too sweet for my bitter taste, but overall very good The taste reminds me fireball At first comes the sweetness with a touch of cinnamonn and gingerbread, later the orange with alcohol tingeling Feels like christmas Comment from : m2rtoskel |

The citric oil cloud is called the ouzo effect What happens if you add everclear to the orange rum? Could you experiment in a glass? A few years ago I did the orange in the everclear and plonked in the sugar lumps, no water, no boiled syrup, as even distilled water would cloud it It is great for rumbabas and brandy butter I will try your recipe with vodka! In time for Christmas! Thankyou! Comment from : Helen Scoffield |

You don't need a knife Just push the coffee beans into the oranges I've put everything in the jar 500ml alcohol of 94 degrees, 800ml spring water, 160 gram sugar, 2 oranges with 22 coffee beans each And wait 44 days Yes, I prefer something less sweet The result is a clear liqueur I will try your recipe in the futureI think if the orange is above the vodka, the liqueur won't have a bitter note Comment from : Yerry Sherry |
|
Mamma Mia, that was pretty technical, a pretty sight and very original I thought after 44 days the oranges would get quite soggy and fermented but they appeared firm and plus you recommend that we eat it for another dose of liqueur The name too is intriguing Is it a recipe from Bretagne? Truly spectacular! Comment from : DD |
|

You can put orange inside liquid- resoult will be the same And even strong liquor will be transparent Also- as far as I remember - you should always pour strong alcohol into the water, not water to alcohol Maybe that's why your liquor was not transparent Comment from : WK |

i tuoi video sono molto belli, ma sarebbe meglio se parlassi in italiano e facessi vedere agli spettatori i sottotitoli in inglese o in un'altra lingua Comment from : Bertol Craft Beer |
