One 2 bhk ground floor (rent) + 5 bhk duplex on top (I and II floor) I plan to have a lift, borewell and a sump motor (1HP) I would assume I may need 3 phase for heavy loads but need more details please I plan to have separate meters for rent (ground floor) and common meter (for sump/borewell) and owner meter (includes lift, since only owner will use plus duplex house) Please assume 1 AC for ground floor and 2 ACs for duplex house How should I distribute the phase/kva/kw/solar to be economical please?
