A friend of mine did something about a decade ago where he doesn't have to pay taxes He's also not bound by the laws anymore either His pit bull attacked a neighbor's dog and killed it about 8 years ago (no, I don't condone something like this) - but any other person would have went to court and they would have most likely made him put his dog down He walked into court, the attorney met with the judge and prosecutor and they came out and dismissed his case and expunged the ticket from his record When covid was going on, he was not eligible for stimulus checks but he did not care one bit When he gets his paychecks, they do not take taxes out of his wages It took him around 2 years to get it through at the local and state level but it took him over 5 years to get through the federal red tape
