A significant increase in interest rates by the Fed, and rising Treasury yields all point to additional losses for portfolios this quarter How can I profit from the present market turbulence? I'm still debating whether to sell my $125,000 ETF/Growth Stock portfolio Comment from : Zahair OBrian |

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point Comment from : stuart james |

A decade ago, I was advised by a friend to invest in digital currency and also buy stocks This didn't sound so well and I was skeptical, I thought It'd be 'easier' for money to be stolen considering how small the Internet makes the world look and how powerful the global Village is I retired and all my savings and retirement funds turned out to fund my survival, I felt lazy and bored from not working I was ready to throw in the towel and my life goal of owning and running a bar and restaurant started getting to me I sought my counsellor and she recommended digital currency, I did a lot of research and educated myself on risk management and maintaining passive income I went for a summit in Las Vegas and that experience turned my life around It was a safe breeding ground for connection, for both the young and old (I was surprised to see lots of older people) This company was buying/trading on Stocks, Gold banks, Crypto and Cannabis farms This way their profit margin was great and backed incase any of your investment with was affected by the current market I was earning 6 and 62+ profit on ROi all year! Not so much but it was amazing depending on your investment This is where Companies prey on vulnerable prospective investors and con them off their monies by offering unrealistic returnsbrI run/own a franchise and I travel all over the world for fun and business purposesbrbrAnother driver of a strong dollar that has nothing to do with gold (although gold is affected) is the fact that there is a global dollar shortage playing out behind the curtain of the international monetary system, especially in leveraged bank balance sheets and derivatives tradingbrbrThere’s a lot to this story but here’s the short version: Derivatives positions require collateral, Treasury bills are the best collateral in the world, and Treasures are denominated in dollarsbrbrAs the dollar shortage grows worse and banks begin to deleverage, the demand for Treasury bills skyrockets and banks need dollars to buy them That demand really is inelastic right up to the point where the global monetary system breaks as happened in 2007 We’re getting closer to a replay of that catastrophebrbrTo gold investors, I say hang in there Gold will have its day Either the cost-push inflation will morph into demand-pull inflation or the monetary system will break down under relentless pressure for dollar-denominated collateral brbrBoth are bad for the economy and markets generally — and good for goldbrLeverage and maximise your profits! It seems she's already investing (real estate (cabins/land/condo) and some stocks (189k))brI agree she needs an overall umbrella plan to focus her current and future investing strategy to supportbrDoes she want to develop/manage the real estate for a profit, cash out and live off the funds or do a combination of both?brIt's good she never said anything about social security (sounds like it's not even on her radar) Comment from : Steel Castle |

It sounds to me like she doesn't know her numbers, and these aren't a couple of benjamins we are talking about either She should sit down and understand where her money is and what her expenses are $30k of repairs on $90k of revenue is absurd, what is breaking so much over there, are they burning half the place down every year?! Anyways, she needs a pro in her corner because her profession, unfortunately, did not teach her any concrete financial math She's sitting on a fortune relative to other people who call this show and she acts like she is broke and fearful? Very confusing call Comment from : Dan Stanisevschi |
