This CEO is definition on how to be successful, by offering quality he knows he doesnt have to compete and therefore is able ot be succesful and not having to put resources on competing, he also doesnt have to focus on marketing because he stands out so much in comparison and both offers completely new machines that are far better but a little more expensivebrbrModern washing machines are both easier on the cloths, faster, better at washing and drying The price range giving the service you get along with it (help with folding) is great fo older people making them regular customers By also paying the employees a good salary they are far more interested in doing their dutybrbrThe idea is great and will defiently turn into a multimilionaire company in no time, however the quality with the staff and maintenance will be the biggest competion as he heads on forth from herebrbrWish him all the best luck, this motivates me to be a entreprenour myself and follow ideas i have been doubtful about Keep being a role model And massive credit to Upflip for being able to bring this all into perspective and actually give it the meaning it has given off None of this would have been even close to as powerful as it was if it wasnt for the Interviewer, script and camera team

Lots of valuable information I'd be very interested in seeing other businesses I've been in business myself right out of school and have started three businesses, sold two and have been running the third for 25 years It's been a great ride and I'm fortunate that all of my employees are engineers (most are smarter than me) and my clients run large commercial properties, hotels, hospitals - lots of interesting customers and have made many friends over the past 25 years

Only 6 minutes in and already a huge red flag As a current owner, if you cant work on your own machines youre in big trouble Most warranty claims cover parts only, not labor In my area the average cost for distributor labor is 120/hr If youre paying someone to do that its probably not gonna work unless youve got money to throw away He said he can pop the front off and clean the drain which is an extremely common fix for many problems but on most machines thats maybe 4 screws You can teach anyone to do that Once that warranty runs out youre going to be looking at paying for the high labor and on top of that parts Some common parts that fail range from $5-400brbrAlso soft mount machines are larger taking up more space meaning fewer pockets and have many more parts to fail compared to a machine on a base frame
