Stay away from Food services low profit margin high capital improvement upfront cost next to impossible to get large corporate accounts very competitive and with working from home trend the model is damagedtough to hire train and retain employees us these are low wage jobs next to zero free time and never ending long hours dealing with problems and in many cases you have financial cost as you carry accounts receivable aging up to three months Dont do it

Commercial Property Rentals made the list?! Is this a joke?! This guy is, apparently, massively out of touch The commercial real estate market has been absolutely tanking since the pandemic Commercial properties are at 70 of their worth of only 2 years ago

Accountants, dentists and lawyers are commodities What has a lower moat than a business that only requires a PC with Excel and TurboTax on it and some business cards (accountant)? I enjoy the content, but in the end, the message is that unless you have a few million to start a business loaded with government regulation and ripe for lawsuits (childcare and food service), enjoy your day job

TLDR: The key idea of the video is that there are six profitable business models that can lead to long-term success and profitability, including starting a day nursery, investing in scalable businesses, focusing on food services, pursuing businesses with predictable cash flow, venturing into commercial property rentals, building a niche wholesale business, and starting businesses in commercial hygiene, waste services, finance, and other regulated industriesbrbr00:00 💼 There are six profitable business models that can set you up for long-term success and profitability, based on the speaker's experience in trading and entrepreneurshipbr00:57 🏫 Start a day nursery business because it has a good average lifetime value, customers pay upfront, and it is regulated, making it more likely to be successful and attract investmentbr02:46 📈 Scalability is key to attracting investment and profitability, with businesses like nurseries and hotels being prime examples, while the food services industry, led by companies like Cisco, thrives through acquisitionsbr04:05 🍽 Food services businesses, such as contract catering, are profitable due to repeat customers and scalability, making them a potential profitable venturebr05:25 💼 Profitable businesses with predictable cash flow, like canteen services and commercial property rentals, are valuable and can be easily soldbr06:55 💼 Investing in buy to let property in the UK is no longer profitable, so it's recommended to pivot to more cash-intensive and experienced ventures like commercial property rentals, specifically small warehouses and storage units, which offer tax advantages and high yieldsbr09:01 📈 Build a niche wholesale business in a big industry, import or manufacture products, and wholesale them to other shops to compete with big players like Amazon and supermarketsbr10:52 💼 Commercial hygiene and waste services, as well as finance and other regulated businesses, are highly profitable and recession-proof, making them attractive options for starting a business

I know lots of mom and pop land lords who now are regretting the buy to let mortgages they worked great from 2008-2022 The majority are losing because A regulations change from the government My friend has 4 he cant rent out 2 because new builds have wooden balconies which are now aparnetly a fire riskthey're 8 years old The 2 others are because of the energy certificates He is losing £7k a month at the moment On top of the ones he by law can't rent out he is also having young people move home to their parents as they cant afford the rent hikes The rent hikes are needed as his mortgage rates have gone up Before regulations and hikes he was making loads of money The most part its the government over regulation which has caused current supply issues with building regulations and restrictions But over all the other mom and pop landlords are struggling

Yuliya Martynova
I always suspected childcare being profitable, allways oversubscribed Parents paid full monthly fees when the nurseries were shut for covid in some parts of london so the places wouldnt be lost and 17k a month every child to fork out thats why so many women sat at home as the cost are prohibitive The fact that its so profitable is actually makes me sad So many moms loosing their years of carreer life and or loosing critical competitive skills as they cant afford to pay those greedy bisnesses

I wouldn't consider professional services a "business model" It's not the type of business you just decide to do I spent the better part of a decade getting the credentials to offer professional services in my field This requires a degree (often advanced degree), internship etc

Are you all aware of this Great Reset agenda that's being pushed? They say that by 2030, we shall all own nothing but be happy CBDC/social credit score system, 15 minute cities etc, all aspects that will change our lives for the worse if the masses don't wake up to this plan All these business ideas, jobs and working for money will be gone basically
Comment from : Steve Clark

Wow, what an incredible video! No matter the circumstances, it's crucial for everyone to have a burning passion and a clear goal to strive for Once you have that focus, making choices becomes effortless and enjoyable Personally, I've witnessed a remarkable transformation in my financial journey From an ordinary lifestyle to earning over $63k per month, it's truly astounding! By consistently compounding my income through various profitable investments like savings accounts, stocks, bonds, and high-yield dividend funds, I've built a well-diversified portfolio worth seven figures Thanks to the guidance of financial professional Gregory Thomas Patchak, I've learned to concentrate my efforts and prepare for any financial struggles that come my way The world of finance is full of opportunities, you just need to stay focused on the right path
