The Russian Government is buying Rubles which aims to raises the value higher than the Dollar increase in value so both are climbing up at the same time, you know that is very very dangerous due to the risk of a Credit Crunch for Russian banks If Russian banks run in to crisis now Russia can only choose one options, save to Ruble or save the Banks, cannot do both!!! That is when reality hits! The only 3rd options is to end the war but that is a very slow process not fast enough to act in time for a banking meltdown
