Who's going to give you a 100k loan though @ 35? No one, unless you get access to maybe a secured loan which means you would already need property which means you require several steps before you get to this point I think its these first steps that are the hardest and that most people don't cover

This whole borrow money scheme is self destructive Your gamble is that the (subjective) market will out earn the (objective) interest rate See, the more you borrow the more narrow your profit margin And the more you borrow the more “debt avenues” you have At some point, if anything fails, like the stock market crashes, housing crash happens, ww3 breaks out, debtors demand immediate collection from deviating from initial repayment If any one of those things happen after you have borrowed your way to the most narrow of “profit” margins, you will become BURIED because your (subjective) market will succumb to the (objective) interest or repayment

But Graham, you forget that inflation isn't just printed money it's more nuanced than that it is actually any increase in the money supply this doesn't occur only from printing money technically this occurs from people saving in banks, taking out loans from banks, and even simply purchasing goods can lead to it in all those examples, money supply differs, but it is minute in comparison to when businesses or banks do these things when banks loan from banks, it's so large it effects everyone same for when banks purchase goods the only thing that isn't the same is savings accounts when banks save they actually reduce the money supply because it isn't being loaned out, and thus no inflation UNLESS they create it via the interest rate of their loans that they will offer
