Loved learning this but it might be good to put all your ads at the very beginning of your video as opposed to during because its distracting to wait for a 30 second ad to finish to keep going, it honestly made me not want to finish or come back to the video I totally understand the ads are part of the creator making money but for work out style videos its just frustrating because it pulls you out of what you're doing - - I would have no problem watching four ads at the very beginning if the length of the workout is ad free

I don't know if it was always like this but sadly now it's impossible to do this video as every five minutes there are 5 minutes of ads I understand having to make money but at the end of the day you cannot do a workout in 3 minute segments with 5 minute gaps continually I like the basic routine but it's not usable really like this
