Verizon employees are rude as hell and seem to hate their customers This company is now a woke company fill of immature snowflakes Run away or hire a good attorney Comment from : readysetretire |
Nope, verizon is doing everything they can to get paid without having to spend money, as it is their automated system gives you the run around so they'll have less numbers for calls and be able to shrink gradually the number of reps and force push autopay where they can pull from your card get you charged overdrafts and leaving you to foot the bill, had them for 15 years and I'm done with them Comment from : The_Nappa_Fappa |
AT&T doesn’t nickel and dime you the way Verizon does Also, their customer service is still in the United States, unlike Verizon who recently announced they will no longer hire Americans, and will be outsourcing to the Philippines AT&T has better overall coverage Not everywhere per se, “but overall” The First Net deal gave AT&T the network superiority advantage over Verizon Anyone that says Verizon has more coverage than AT&T in 2023 is lying and are sadly misinformed I’ve had both carriers at the same time (recently), and in terms of reliability and coverage, it varies back and forth AT&T however was the most consistent in terms of data signal and speeds I wouldn’t have been able to say that 5 years ago AT&T doesn’t cap me on the highest tiered plan and gives me 4k streaming I believe that Verizon may have been slowing me down on the highest tiered plan They have also been caught throttling video and data on the highest tier plan I’ve used as much as over a Gigabit a month without a single slowdown from AT&T Verizon on the other hand is notorious for terminating your service if you use a high amount of data per month Even roaming, they’ll cut you lose! Verizon recently changed their plans making them more expensive in most cases In rare cases, you’ll save some money if you don’t pay for any of the perks Verizon also scaled back unlimited data and added caps on their highest tier plans AT&T next up is better, their app is better, their customer service is better, and soon they’ll be turning on true stand alone 5g Something Verizon can’t do because of its CDMA challenges Comment from : John Taylor |
Would Verizon customers be able to use a VPN to get higher than 720p? Comment from : Shane Gaddy |
Who is this Verizon that you speak of? 😏 Comment from : woolywil10 |
If they just gave me an unlimited data plan no slowdown (truly unlimited premium) for $55 a month I’d take it and never look back Comment from : Nano Jimenez |
It happened Comment from : Mark Catania |

I had the worst customer service experience of my 49 years of life with Verizon today I was very quiet while the sales representative continued to verbally lash out after I decided not to go through with my purchase I hadn't even yet discussed his degrading attitude and words along with the big lie I caught him in I never brought it up to him as I was so nervous from his aggressiveness I will be calling corporate about Jose in the Phoenix Lincoln Rd location tomorrow I have had Verizon for around 30 years and even worked for them for a short season in the early 2000's This wasnt the first time I've experienced poor customer service with VZ But it is the first of the worst Not to mention cell connectivity has plummeted over the years I'm looking forward to something new and better and to spread the word in my community! Comment from : Stephanie Brown |
A joke company Comment from : Master C |
As far as their cell offeringsbrOver the years I've had AT&T T-Mobile which I had the longest for many years now I have spectrum mobilebrbrI've come to the conclusion that they all suck they all lied they'll show you a map of their coverage area which is bullcrapbrbrI only live a few miles outside of a fairly large town if I'm in that town I get great service with out of my farm which is about 15 miles out of town I get nothing unless I go out in my yard inside the house I have to use Wi-Fi if the power goes off I'm screwedbrWe switch to spectrum because of their $29 per line unlimited which we have been happy with that but the service was awful, I will add that Verizon was not any better we switch to spectrum mainly for the cost and since we already had spectrum cablebrbrSo again they all suck they all lie but are you going to do?brbrI really wish cell providers would offer a 30-day free, actually I would know the first day of their service was any good as soon as I got out to my property Comment from : C Ericson |
I use alot of data so I use the get more plan Coming from a Verizon employee Comment from : Kirk Lazarus |
Buy the plans based off of your usage not the extra perks Comment from : Kirk Lazarus |
postpaid is always better than prepaid postpaid gives you more perks That's just the way it is 🤔🤣 Comment from : Harry Daniels |

Verizon gonna shrink away there jobs Comment from : Kansas City Chiefs Mahomes |
This is why im on the 35$ plan Comment from : Kansas City Chiefs Mahomes |
I actually spoke with customer service a few days ago and they said HD quality and 4k is included in the highest plan but I had to turn on the Highest Quality for $10 a month and they now credit me $10 every month haha Also you can bypass all that data crap with VPN You can watch 4k with VPN Comment from : Robert McCarty |
I usually have no streaming issues unless I'm out in the boonies Comment from : Ciel D Vangence |
I watch this same video a year ago and you’re exactly right Verizon hasn’t changed in one year everyone that they partnered with has raised the cost of the streaming services Verizon is being nice enough to absorb it and not pass those Costa long to customers which by the way, Tmobile has done to with the free Netflix, so Verizon isnt cold hearted Comment from : Lol |
I’m with AT&T I had and I support T-Mobile but they need more coverage Comment from : TMOBILE AND MINT BEST PHONE PLANS |
So wait a minute, they are limiting devices to 780p and there’s a threshold for depriatorozation?? Do you have a video in this getting into specifics?? Comment from : ThaSouthTV |
Been with Verizon for ever just had and issue trying to get the Netflix promotion free for 12 month with the plus play I been trying to set this up for a month a we I call them they said the promotion was gone I told them I been trying to get this for an month still no help saying the promotion might come back if anybody out there who know when Verizon going to have this again please respond so I can keep and eye out Comment from : Kelvin Sanders |
Verizon stole my phone and computers and accounts and cloned my phone and stole my identity and intellectual property and inheritance and Veterans Benefits and Social Security and Veterans Benefits and estate Comment from : Kristina Turner |
The video part and prioritization part their issue is their network isn't fully ready yet like i went to Orlando and the amount of times i fell below 15mbps is crazy and adding more strain to the network would just make ir unusable Comment from : DJ Gaiden Tech |
It's just the truth, they keep saying that the media content is FREE, it's FREE for 6 months Comment from : William Wade |
Verizon is just money hungry Comment from : RadioWhiz |
In general the cell phone business is crooked and pretty much theft Comment from : tukhorse |
This is why I’m with att prepaid At least the only thing I have to worry about is deprioritization I can stream up to 4K hdr video in a uncontested tower with att prepaid unlimited max Comment from : Manny Quintero |
Seems like they did it LOL Comment from : Rzyy |
So what is the best carrier in your opinion? I'm with T Mobile with the Magenta Max but I'm looking to switch to Verizon or AT&T best plan Comment from : JAYMADETV |
Its called business not charity Comment from : sladesurfer |
Verizon is trash, they screwed us over multiple times, only thing good was their coverage map Comment from : morgan boyd |
I cant use my data or make or receive calls why it's been like this for a bit now Comment from : Mr Kitty |
Pretty sad to see Verizon doing this to their customers They are deceiving their customers and it isn’t right They’ll rue the day for doing this Glad I’m with T-Mobile Comment from : avidteadrinker63 # |
That's why I'm glad I kept the ol grandfathered unlimited plan Comment from : sneakysquirrel |
Huh interesting Comment from : RetroSpect |
They heared your video bro changed it lol Comment from : Fresh Prinz |
Yeah that’s why T-Mobile has them beat Especially the Military discount of 50 percent! Can’t beat it And they don’t charge extra for 1080p Plus their 4G LTE is just as good now Plus their max plan is truly unlimited premium data Verizon caps all their plans 🤦🏻♂️ Comment from : Chino |
💯 agreed Comment from : jon_bogger_strawser |
Just switched from Verizon to AT&T and it was awesome Better than nothing but Verizon gave me $10 off for being military, AT&T gives me 25 off a line I’m paying for 2 lines for what I was paying for 1 line on Verizon plus AT&T is huge with the GOV and first responders so I have better service when I’m gone training Comment from : Luke Kirkwood |
Switch to AT&T and T-Mobile and completely ignore Verizon I have heard Verizon's customer service is absolutely horrendous Comment from : John Chambers |
They gave us unlimited network access for 5G now Get more ultra Comment from : Joshua Schwart |
Update… you were wrong They did it Comment from : Alex Swenson |
What about today They are now offering true unlimited premium data Comment from : Victor Fernandez |
Looks like they did go unlimited Comment from : Gtr America |
I guess Verizon finally did it on the real unlimited data Someone was wrong but I thought the same thing lol Comment from : Ivan Esparza |
Well I’m glad I’m not with Verizon or AT&T because both of those companies are crooks Comment from : CrazyTechLaz1985 |
I am sure they will change it but probably not until C band is mostly or completely rolled out The network just can’t handle it in all places Maybe some or most Comment from : Adam Tajyar |
It’s disappointing Comment from : Peter Pan |
Right How will we be able to their media offering if we don’t have the data?brV Comment from : Hernan Hernandez |
How can you be so sure, until after the C-Band network launches, perhaps a revamp of plans will happen Just out of curiosity, do you ever hear of Vzn customer's (I'm not one currently) being throttled when using 75-100gigs? Comment from : Jay Holm |
Yep you are so right, they are high in price Comment from : Ron B |
John Legere said it's because Verizon don't have the capacity to be able to do it even if they wanted to Comment from : Shane Gaddy |
I’m disgusted with myself for putting up with Verizon’s nonsense for so long Thankful to have switched to ATT last month Comment from : DP |
I always thought that if Verizon did make their plans more compelling, it would only be after they improve capacity and stability of their network 1080p streaming is useless if you have 1mbps down and 40 mbps up Comment from : agent807 |
It’s true At least in the short and medium term nothing is changing It might be at least another 2 years before something changes, if anythingbrbrIt’s why I’m happy in an area where both Verizon and AT&T perform well Comment from : Jarod Weaver |
Well just like Goldilocks… AT&T is the best lol better coverage than t mobile and right on Verizon’s tail with unlimited priority data as an option and for a bit less lol Comment from : SpeedyDacoit |
Verizon's plans has always been expensive Comment from : Phillip Rhinehardt |
Off topic But have you looked into this new fiber optic internet that T-Mobile is launching Comment from : WSxAris |
Technically they do have a truly unlimited plan feature that also include uncapped video resolution which is their UltraWideband Network in which they use MMwave and in which they stated that C Band would be part of their UWB network Currently the deprioritization only affect their LTE and Their nationwide 5G networks not their UWB which means that C band would be truly unlimited and have uncapped video resolution already without a plan change Comment from : Antonio Moreno |
Verizon needs more Capacity even with c band I don’t see them changing there Network Priority Comment from : Antoine george |
Verizon has also stated multiple times they won’t compete on price The only thing that will make them change is big customer loss, big churn etc Comment from : Livendi |
I don’t agree Just listen to their earnings results They have been spending on their network I won’t be surprised if their plans change soon Comment from : Richard Teixeira |
Snead I fully understand where you're coming from on this Verizon has never been a company that has been great for the consumers I just think that if you are a Verizon customer and you are paying for a premium unlimited plan you should be getting more than 720P and you should definitely be getting more high-speed data than what you actually get I am just grateful that AT&t is much more consumer friendly at this point Comment from : Tim Sherman |
This is okay Leave the bargain hunters to the networks with exaggerated claims I find Verizon services to be superior to the rest Comment from : Barry Friedman |
100gbs instead of 50gbs would be nice tho Comment from : Joshua Shah |
Yeahhhhh Comment from : Michael West |
Why wait for unlimited Verizon tomorrow when you can get Umlimited Elite today? If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times: make technology decisions based on what is available today, not what you think is going to happen in the future Comment from : Ryan Fraley |
They give more than 720P video streaming lol but their depriotization limits won't change unless they have more capacity that's why they have it in the first place of all reasons Verizon is the most congested Comment from : The Anime Otaku |
It is happening because I get 4g unlimited on hotspot so here's another thing you don't know nothing about Comment from : Michael Dixon |
I'm tired of their BS Media offerings I don't care for any of it Comment from : R3YNZ |
It will never change unless C-Band will be wildly deployed so they can upper their video requirements and their unlimited plans Comment from : Francois Wegscheider |
Is C-Band going to be lumped under the UWB data bucket if you’re on one of the premium unlimited plans? I’m wondering if the data cap will be moot at the point if C-Band data usage is structured like the mmWave component Comment from : Alex Kordas |
sneed the reason they don't give you 1080 p if you want 1080p they sell that as a upgrade under apps under the account menu Comment from : byrd203 |
Your right The ones who have great Verizon and AT&T coverage who want that unlimited priority data will just switch Comment from : Andre Green |
I agree with you, I love t-mobile Comment from : Darrion Tunstall |
YYYEEAAHHHH 😁 👍 Comment from : Maverick F14Tomcat |
It's the truth Verizon's plans aren't going to change anytime soon There will be no higher depriority threshold or truly unlimited plans on Verizon ever But hey, you do get reliable coverage with Verizon so there's that Comment from : Darryl Woodbury |
Verizon will not change their QCI rating system due of their current congestion issues and spectrum limitations they have for their network Will not change, could take long time when they deploy C-Band and do more MMWave and maybe use CBRS on 5G side Most likely will not change the plans for long time Comment from : Caleb Helpingstine |
Yeah man that 50 gig deprio on big red with the get more plan is harsh in a congested area In some cases I can't even stream music I've went over the 50 gigs at least 5 times in the one year since I've been with them I wouldn't mind paying for more as an add on maybe 10 bucks for 100 gigs Wishful thinking I know I know 😂 Comment from : Patrick |
It’s the truth sneed I don’t see any major movement until c band is nationwide Could be years … Comment from : Nicky T |
