I had a small exposure to criminal law in city and county jail here in Oklahoma as a criminal law secretary We now have a brand new facility, but not when I worked in the old jail Some of our clients were "lost" in paperwork Basically, their paperwork or intake information was misplaced depending on there arresting officer or the intake jailer If you had a bad attitude or the crime was especially bad they had a very hard time trying to contact a lawyer or even getting meals It was just a bad place to be
