Completey agree with Joe I had exactly the same experience with and without fruit I don't get the same experience with most vegetables, i still feel flat afterwards if i eat those I figure, when you go to the zoo, what does the zoo keeper chuck in the cages to feed the chimpanzees and gorillas? They chuck in fruit, a small amount of leafy greens and some meat, and look how hench and strong those animals are! I personally don’t think this diet is viable if you’re cooking the red meat Cholesterol problems could arise from high amounts of cooked meat Ldl cholesterol blocks arteries when oxidised This oxidising of LDL cholesterol happens when you cook meat, i don’t do carnivore diet (i eat a high meat based diet sure but i still consume some vegetables and legumes) but i do eat red meat and some seafood raw I cook chicken and bird like animals and some other stuff coz the risks for them is harder to control than red meat which I’ve been eating raw past 3 years no problem and some fish but I don’t eat loads of fish either tbh, just the odd raw whole salmon sometimes but i do eat sushi sometimes as well For red meat, it’s higher in cholesterol which is fine but when you oxidise it by cooking, that creates a problem Now you’re blocking your arteries I’d recommend looking into it if you’re gonna start this carnivore diet, there’s different types of it as well Like Joe for example did a full meat diet for a month but carnivore diet usually includes fruits anyway (not all, it’s picky but still includes some fruits) so what he did is beyond established carnivore diets to a more extreme carnivore diet If i was to do it for example, i would do something similar to raw primal meat diet which still includes fruits and minimal vegetables but still includes to an extent, but I personally don’t do a certain diet like this I like eating legumes for example, these carnivore diets banish them so i do my own thing Comment from : Deniz Kenger |
