My son has ADHD and ODD combined two types I got denied, It's been 6 months in the reconsideration process I submitted his IEP papers, I submitted all doctors notes I submitted his social psychology testing from school He has behavior issues He attends behavior health classes (self control) from 1pm to 5pm, I have to be on stand by every day they call me from school Still waiting

The school has been given the first year student and mother avery difficult time to take time to prepare and speak with them privately about the situation with the child

My son is too young for mediation, but he has all the other issues and treatment presented on this video My question is, can he still get approved if he's not on mediation?

My son gets good grades and has a learning disability needs help adhd autism grades to me don't mean nothing I think schools does this to look good my son does have an ARD in place In review with SSI

My 5 year old has ADHD ODD and an IEP where he is only allowed to attend school for 3 hours a day due to "being a danger to himself and others" meds have made him more aggressive, he has been kicked out of several daycares/schools over the years and is in weekly therapy ontop of seeing several specialist just recently applied for him, likely hood of case being accepted?

How likely is a case to win if all the conditions are met, eg diagnosed, on RX, in services, still having academic and behavioral issues, but homeschooled Never in public school system? Will homeschool ruin a case even with good records?

What if my son's in a private school bc the grandparents pay for it He has a speech therapy session at school for a speech articulation delay moderate He's got ADHD combined type diagnosis and treatment for that we are seeing someone behavior therapy there an above moderate case He's failing the first grade and all the things that are helping him with his school is only 9 student are in class and the teacher is working with him She's able to do things in a public school system would be in a special class absolutely He's on meds too Anyway, you can get a chance to give me a opinion bc I'm applying for the SSI This month, I have a interview on phone
