As a highly visual and auditory learner myself, and a candidate (as of this post) looking to become Certified as a ELA teacher, this was a GREAT resource to use for engaging students in under-performing classrooms/campuses Why? It showed me how to actually get students involved in a student It provided a step-by-step breakdown, albeit in a quick-edited fashion, of how to take students along the path of a lesson, from essential question & objective to hook to activities to help them learn the material in the time allotted for a class period Great stuff, really
