The dude was “just doing his job”? So in an organization of, say, 20,000 employees, all of whom have a boss except for the unelected czar at the top, are just doing their job? 999 are exonerated from potentially criminal behavior? Can one see how this philosophy of excluding individuals from responsibility necessarily requires eventual chaos, especially when the only employee without a boss is an unelected czar that is untouchable?
