I have challenged myself to put away 50 of my monthly income into dividend stocks which is quite easy since I live frugal without debt I work as an account executive, and make over $20000 $10000 goes into dividends, and the other $10000 covers my my food plus living expenses I am seeing improvements in my portfolio, dividends look certain, but I have to attribute this to only to guidance of a licensed fund manager who allocates funds to a plethora of assets I have to stay disciplined, and remember that I’m in it for the long term Good luck to everyone and thanks for the great video

I see the rising interest rate as a very big problem, as more investors will definitely pull out more money from the Stock market This might have worked when I was still invest-ing with a couple thousand dollars, but it is more difficult now to decide whether to pull out more than $365k from my port-folio I know some inves-tors still make that despite the strong bear market In wish I could pull that feat

I’m saving and investing around 70 percent of my income in the financial market(high yield etfs, stocks etc) pretty much how I made my first million although with an FA I have a high paying engineering job, and I live upstate NYC my expenses are low I have zero debt, low rent and car paid off So i can just save feel lucky at this point I'm actually grateful for James Fletcher Brennan handling my portfolio, he's the only person i know that's richer than me hahah!!!

In my professional photography business of 54+ years, the people I have always had the hardest time collecting from, have been the ones with the MOST MONEY and poorest people have always paid folding green cash on delivery! A multi-millionaire relative of a former Mayor owes me over $20,000 and I'll never collect it What I DID receive was paid from a "Household account for the Benefit of the Joe Smoke Family" so I'd have to sue a private trust (probably outside of the US!) and it'd cost me $25 grand to get into a court room I found out this clown owes about 7 million all over town and is worth $50-70 million-I known how he got it!

The rich are rich because they were more than likely born rich, as 90 something millionaires are, and they don't pay taxes or pay a much smaller tax rate than the normal person They paid about 25 of all taxes (this includes corporate tax) while taking 48 of the gdp Workers paid the rest while taking in only 52 of gdp How are people suppose to build wealth when they can't even buy a house or pay rent? You want them to live on ramen noodles their whole life?
