26 cents, not bad but how is it performing today? A short update or perhaps updates on several miners so you can add more ads because you're worth it! Comment from : Juggernautz |

thanks a lot !!!! It was impossible for me to get more data from Atom Miner Great !! I extended calculations from your dataset The more historical data we have, the more accurate results we get, but ok, your 24h profit dataset was a start point for me (really thanks) Now I've projected calculations about a more realistic application, starting from following ideas: 1) a dedicated little farm paying for electricity 2) a dedicated little farm off-the-grid (solar energy based) My results shows there is no possible break even to get a decent ROI with atom miner Nor 1) nor 2) My personal analysis from my data relies on 2 possible reasons :1) Atom miner is insanely overpriced 2) the developed algorithms and coins availables on atom miner don't help to make it a true profitable platform Thanks again!! guys!! Kudos for the idea But You didn't calculated in the hardware costs How many months this setup needs to work 24/7 to pay off all hardware involved? And another thing is heat dissipation If you don't live in relatively cool area, you'll need air-conditioning for it to work in optimal condition, hence more electricity and higher bill Otherwise SoC could thermal-throttle and result in lower hashrate, and thus change the energy/performance ratio The project is actually cool, but me personally would rather invest those cents in buying actual coins Just saying Comment from : Radovan Bursać |

I would have thought they either made an upgraded version or went out of business by now; since the time I first tipped you off about this little miner a couple of years ago; but at that time you said in the vid that you didn't know if it was a real thing; I almost became a US based distribution point; but once we got into the numbers; that was that; so how long will it take to get your money back out it?brbrPeace Comment from : WX2 |

This is a great little design And I like it for what is is Finally power consumption cost Way below the mining payouts And possible to feed with a little solar panel Only problem is the Purchase Cost I mean a ROI of Several years? Only if the supported coins rise very much this makes sense financially On the other hand A GPU is still a GPU, and can hold value AM (After Mining) Say a Vega 56 or 64 no ETH/RVN profits anymore unless the power cost is below $0,10 (And in wintertime when the heat output is nice) But they still do a good job in a Gaming PC Comment from : 21st Century Viking |
|
Why this automatic change of algo ? It is not working as you would gain more money with the most valuable coins The time spend on SCRIV and GlobalToken has been lost So this can be asked to the programmer or the device, don't you think ? I am a fan of FPGA and SBC, so i think somerthing good can come from this solution brbrAnother point : the coins are Woodcoin and Slothcoin As announced on their web site and at 1:55 on your video they have Keccak, Skein2, Gr0estl, Blake2s, Blakecoin and Tribus So they could have made other coins So my question is simple Why not letting the user choose itself ?brbrThanks for reading Comment from : jean frehel |
|
Red Panda, I have a problem to join your discord The bot says " you were blocked by the recipient" Comment from : 老蒋 |
