I'm a bit late, but anyways, there is a static default address for FOV that should work on all modes of GT3, so you don't have to re-adjust it for every mode This is for PAL, I don't have it for NTSC or NTSC-J (although the address honestly could even be the same, though I doubt), the address is "20352098" It's in the early RAM area, which never changes (even with a modded game!), so it works in any GT3 PAL version RAM area is static up until something like 20400000, so editing that 20000000-20400000 region RAM will always work and is static

I have been reading how you use the Cheat Engine on different modes yet I still don't understand how to do the Custom AI Cars I have 6 cars in my garage and I want to make 5 of them to be my opponents in a race Is it possible? Cool now I can use this to create my own custom races in this game, even though this is pretty complex, the secret menu in Gran Turismo 4 made this a lot easier though
