Once again I have had cause to complain after several issues with the accountbr Very disappointing tbh

Virgin Bank is not the bank we should be using not only because Richard Branson had connection to Epstein and Maxwell on the island You can only put a chq into your account by ATM or your phone even if you dont want to because there is an assiatance behind the counter that as been told not to take your chq force them to use the ATM at any cost The staff collect their wage and you do the Admin for them Branson you are a PR*** Clydedale are no better

I think what you said about free ATM withdrawals overseas was misleading Like all banks they will make their money by giving a poor exchange rate, so it is not really free It is still worth having another account in a different currency and using Wise or a similar service to transfer money at a favourable rate I came to Virgin as an ex Clydesdale customer I don't currently use internet banking with Virgin and probably won't do so if there is no alternative to the phone app I wan't to use my home PC for internet banking, not my phone

VIRGIN Money has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, I called them at Carlisle and they still had not picked up even when I got to Newcastle They never answer, never get back to you, take ages to call or write to you Woeful and poor

I've just downloaded this app How do you use face id?? Never used face id or fingerprints before I scarcely ever use my phone Anyway, tried searching for any settings whereby it'll allow me to use face id, but all to no avail brbrMind you, I only have to input a 6 digit code to get into my account! Normally on my PC I have to enter my account number, 3 characters from password, switch my mobile on to receive a code strewth!

I’ve just got these accounts and am a bit confused Am I right in saying that the M plus current account (pink colour) is the one with 202 interest on anything up to £1000 The M plus savings account (purple colour) is the one with 035 interest on any amount of savings?

I just got this card after my Yorkshire Bank cars expired it is an ugly looking card can barely read the back I've two accounts due to previously selling on eBay and I can't tell card apart without trouble reading back It looks like a hotel keycard It should have account details at front

This account (formally B) i used & liked it But the biggest problem with the account is if you need to keep tabs on your budget is that many times i used my card 💳brThe payment would show as you would expect but a day or two later it would disappear and the money would show as available & if you didn't keep on top of it (say spend a lot of transactions at pay day) you could end up spending more than you have When the payment is presented a day or more after

I think this account is really good It's massively under rated I personally feel it's similar to Starling in a way brbrI like the ease of use of the app, the lovely red card, no fx fees abroad, budgeting feature, the over all modern bright look of the prodcut and the customer servicebrbrI think it's hard to fault, but I have'nt used as much as Starling
