You should also have a category for maintenance I've been trying to find a vacuum that can handle my shepherds' hair without getting clogged and literally all the reviews I've seen, at least a Few people complain of clogs My conclusion therefor is that all vacuums do inevitably clog so I think the Real question is: what vacuum is easiest to Unclog?brbrWhen my current vacuum clogs, I have to either get out the screwdriver to remove the Multiple screws holding the brush and hose in place Or get the pliers out and tediously pick out the clog bit by bit Incredibly infuriating so I would want a vacuum cleaner that if and when it Does clog, it's at least not a pain in the ass to unclog Maybe even a blow function would help

Thanks for making this video! brbrI bought the Kenmore featherlite I thought it worked pretty good It picked dust my old vacuum couldnt I was surprised shocked on how much dust was coming out Sadly the hose broke off on the first day I took it as a sign and went with the Shark Vertex I was left in disgust with how much more dust it picked off the carpet The kenmore pulled so much but the Vertex where is it all coming from!! It's amazingbrbrThanks again for the video

I love your reviews, but I'd like you to add one important factor to ergonomics: cord management I have a Shark upright which, in order to use just the suction wand, I need to completely unwrap the cord On the other hand, I have an old Electrolux from the 1980's which has a self-retracting cord The vacuum from the 80's, despite being twice as heavy, is often easier to use for small things Cord management makes a big difference!

I can find any info regarding a particular shark vaccum It's the "Shark Vertex az1810" Mainly want to know how this model differs to the Shark vertex az2000 series I was told by shark that there's no difference even this there is int worms of weight and I believe dirty bin size but I'm more interested in powered and if the az1819 is less powerful or the same as the az2000

I have a dyson animal 2 and god knows how regretful I am for buying itI have it for 7 years now and was happy with it until it needed repair it suddenly stopped suctioning air I emailed my local dealer requesting a repair and been in an endless loop begging them to just come and fix it brI will definitely not buy an expensive vacuum ever again its not worth it

I feel like the bias towards HEPA sealed bagless vacuums is way too noticeable… HEPA bagged vacuums don’t start leaking after prolonged usages Every single bagless hepa filtered vacuum I’ve ever used is leaking within 6 months and I’ve had my Kenmore for more than 4 years brbrBasically, use a bagless to start sneezing brUse a bagged to stop sneezing

Is a corded vacuum better than cordless? I have a V11 and V11outsize I believe and they are constantly clogged and not picking things up I clean them out after almost every use to just keep suction and it drives me crazy

I got the Shark Vertex; tried it and was very disappointed I returned it two days later I have a 5 year old Shark and it definitely did a better job overall of cleaning floors and carpet here The Vertex was heavy and the powerfins were awful The end result regarding picking up dust, debri, hair was not nearly as good as my old Shark My search continues for an upright to replace my current Shark

How can you possibly recommend Shark brand? They don't honor their warranties replacement parts are next to impossible to find Therefore they aren't designed to last are not a good investment and most quality vacuum stores don't even carry this brand I highly suspect you're getting compensation from shark and that's disappointing/ unethical Surely you could find a better product to recommend than being a Shark shill

Would have been nice to see the data behind each list to see how and why they got the rank they did instead of just making a few generic lists with vacuums ranked in them Also would have been nice to hear more recommendations directly for specific case I have 2 dogs which shed even after regular brushing yet didn't hear a single thing pointing to which might be the best for animal hair This video, while the research might have been thorough with testing in many different situations given near the start of the video, was presented with incomplete data, I was left underwhelmed, and now I'm still needing to find an alternative comparison video to help decide

Kirby is the best I'm not sure why you don't show and test it? It's great for filtration, attachments, shampoos, sucks the dead skin and dust mites out of your mattress I mean your face is lying right in it It's reliable, durable, and has a great unbeatable warranty!! I have a Shark ION P50 Powered Lift-Away Cordless Upright Vacuum with the duo head and the thing that bothers me the most about it is that it just creates a TON (and I mean a lot, a lot) of static electricity Which does not help in actually picking up debris on carpet I will echo the other comments here about reliability with Shark vacuums There was a definite suction loss after heavy use (and yes we regularly clean out the filters/replace them) I loved the vacuum bat first/b because it did seem to perform very well but because of loss of suction and the static issue, I now need a vacuum that will perform consistently on carpet areas It does do a decent job on hard woods still but just not as good as when it first came out of the box I still prefer my 10+ year old Dyson for it's suction on carpet and that I can find parts for it still I know when my Shark has it's next issue I won't be able to buy parts (Already had this problem with wanting to buy a 2nd battery, they just don't sell them anymore)
