I'll admit SBA's were kinda annoying due to their quarteresqueness Back in the late 80s/early 90s, it was a rare treat to find one in change because some cashier gave it to you as a quarter >>;=) Reason you always gotta gander your pocketchange for unexpected finds Cool gems are out there; just a matter of vigilantly looking

So what did Carter do with his leftist Carter quarter? Sent them to us, the US Military overseas where banks on the economy would not take them either for exchange because they were too bulky to deal with For a short time, all they would give us was dollar coins, not bills After enough complaining the coins were phased out and bills were brought back

I went through about 50 boxes of sm dollars last year and found about 40 of them none worth grading, I also found 7 wounded eagles none worth grading either in the first 27 boxes I went through then nada, that was real weird
