I learned that "Becoming a king" is the key to success in classroom management; the best leader is one who makes people feel safe and willing to follow your lead It reminds me that I need to start viewing myself as the "king of a class", believing I'm a leader so I can act like one I also love the idea of being positive about students' misbehavior Be excited about being tested and challenged by students See it as an opportunity to show my strength, instead of a "problem" to be solved This encourages me a lot since the students I teach are always filled with energy, to the extent that it is impossible for me to teach 🤣brbrI'm a first-year teacher for a 5th-grade class This video is what I need!! I’ve been a terrible student, I feel the king in my classroom, I like to be challenged by my students, I like to see them strive, I often doubt about my monitoring (as I tend to be more focused on analysing my behaviour with them), I don’t always give clear instructions (because I didn’t plan the lesson thoroughly), I often forget to present examples before assigning a task Well your video really made me think!!
