As a 12 year old that averages 105-110 wpm on nitrotype I can guarantee that I love typing and that people have their own styles Also for fun, I learned the entire keyboard layout or well the main part of it at least I genuinely think typing is a great skill and I can tell you I am being bias as I find typing my favorite thing to do if my friends aren't online ; but many other people do believe that it is an actual impressive and useful skill

Thanks for confirming my bias that pinkies are useless 😂brI got stuck at 120-130 WPM only relying on my index finger and long finger for typing with my right hand (gamer problems from switching to mouse constantly) To reach higher speeds, I've tried to relearn how press "P" and "Backslash" with my pinky and it feels so utterly horrible for me After watching this, I'll just stick with my ring finger for those

So I love the way that you're typing but I can only rely on my left hand because when I was 22 months old I had a stroke that made me paralyzed on my right side so I can only type with one hand and pretty good as is, my keyboard is a Mechanical Keyboard with Blue switches It's by Onn Costing my $4600 at Walmart

The WPM is high but it's only 90 accuracy which is not good Your actual WPM is how fast you can type without errors So this is more realistic at about a 120WPM score I took a typing test and could type around 150wpm but I made around the same amount of errors as you, which showed poorly on the test because they were looking for accuracy not the highest speed Meaning anything over 80wpm was considered incredibly good but it was less important that I typed 150wpm since my accuracy suffered I could have slowed down and did 120wpm and had 100 accuracy So it depends on the use case, if it's for an essay you have spell and grammar check obviously, but on a typing test for a job such as data entry or anything typing related they want the accuracy first and foremost

I type at 100-110 just from being a gamer stuck to a computer since the age of 3 But I only really reach those speeds on typing websites Typing fast requires quite a bit of focus and effort and, unless I really need to get something typed very fast, I'm probably typing this comment at around 80-90 Call me lazy I guess
